Rosenblatt initiated coverage on Alphabet with a Buy rating and a $410 price target (vs. current price of $344.72), citing the company's "position as a leading hyperscaler in the artificial intelligence cycle."
"Cloud will sustain momentum and support multiple expansion as operating profit scales ahead of current expectations with capacity and TPU monetization past 2027," analyst Scott Devitt wrote, adding that the "re-rating from search concerns has largely played out and Alphabet is now being compensated for its role in AI infrastructure."
Rosenblatt identifies that "a deceleration in cloud growth would pressure the thesis more than any new search risk."
