Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT) was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley, which nudged the price target to $19 from $18.
According to Morgan Stanley's analysis, the stock has declined roughly 25% year-to-date and nearly 40% since a peak earlier this year as of the July 14 close. Morgan Stanley said the stock is pricing in mortgage rates staying at 6.5% or higher indefinitely as well as downside to consensus estimates.
